Jake’s place was very nice. It is just as pictured, comfy bed, clean and kitchen was stocked with all we needed. Check in and check out were a breeze and Jake was friendly and very responsive to our requests (early check-in). Place is close to Shadyside side where we found lots of cute shops and restaurants. We ate dinner at Piccolo Forno on their outdoor patio and it was really nice, we had dinner the following night at Casbah which was great too. Happenstance was a nice coffee shop close to the apartment. Pittsburgh is a fun city and we would definitely recommend Jake’s place to family and friends.

Very cool place in the coolest city.

After a glitch in the system on the website, Jake and his team reached out immediately to get me a refund as quickly as possible as well as apologize for a simple mistake that was not even their fault. I was so impressed with his honesty, good communication, listings, and the way he handled things, that I asked if he had another property that our group could stay in. He was attentive, quick, and so courteous with us. His team provided us with a great deal on a great property. I would stay in any of the properties that his team manages. It was so clean, comfortable, equipped, and modern. Everything is so new and well done. Check in & check out was simple, accommodating and easy. My friends all commented on how clean everything was and my one friend is definitely a stickler for cleanliness. From beginning to end, this property and the team that manages it was hands down the best airbnb experience we have had thus far. HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend!!!!

Place was great, very nice apartment. Couldn't get the light in the bedroom to work the wholetime. To be fair I didn't ask about it for them to fix it, I'm sure they would of if I asked. Location was convient to get into and out of the city but it was a little noisy outside.

Always my favorite place to stay when Im in Pittsburgh, Jake & his team are excellent.

This spot was perfect especially if you need easy access to WestPenn hospital. It is just a 5 min walk. Great for traveling health workers. And the bed is comfortable plus the place looks just like the pictures.

Jake’s place was wonderful! The location was ideal for what I needed, close proximity to the Children’s Hospital, cool little shops nearby, and even snuck in a nice walk through the beautiful Allegheny Cemetery. Jake was accommodating and caring, on both a host level, as well as a personal level. I will absolutely choose to stay with him again. Top notch host!

Amazing stay, no complaints

We needed a place close to West Penn Hospital and this was perfect. Less than a 5 min walk to the entrance. It was super nice, spacious, and clean. Recently renovated with easy access and checkout. Sauna and gym were a great addition too. Highly recommend!

Stayed for my birthday and let me tell you this place was such a cute one bedroom perfect for a couple like me and my husband. We loved the incredible amenities and Jake was super helpful and extremely responsive. We would book again and again anytime

I absolutely loved my stay here — the space felt fresh, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed. It was exceptionally clean and very comfortable; my daughter especially adored the giant throw blanket and was often happily cocooned in it. It’s clear a lot of care was put into the aesthetics and overall atmosphere, and it truly shows. This was a place that was genuinely hard to leave. The location is fantastic as well, close to so many unique local shops, restaurants, and even a cool cat café. Jake was an excellent host — responsive, helpful, and kind. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again whenever I need a home away from home.

We had such an easy, comfortable stay. The space is beautiful, conveniently located near everything you’d want in Pittsburgh, and the sauna is an awesome bonus. Jake was a fantastic host - responsive and welcoming. Would absolutely stay again!
